FREE THREE YEAR OLD PROGRAM
Program Information:
Tuesday-Thursday
9:30a.m.-Noon
School year will begin in September 2024 and run through May 2025
Children MUST be 3 years old and fully potty trained by
September 1, 2024
Date of birth must be between 9/1/2020- 8/31/2021
Items to be included with application:

Birth Certificate
-
Proof of family income
(2023 taxes (preferred), W-2 forms, 3 recent paycheck stubs, OR proof of assistance from DHS if no other income)
These items can be emailed to office@acpreschool.org or dropped off in our mailbox at 876 Addison St in Adrian.
Once your child has been accepted, we will notify you and before the school year starts we will need:

A physical signed by a physician (we provide the form)

A recent immunization record

Other signed documents provided at a later date

Monday-Thursday
8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
School year will begin in September 2024 and run through May 2025
Children MUST be 4 years old by
September 1, 2024
Date of birth must be between 9/1/2019- 8/31/2020
